She excels in managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality control, profitability, and seamless coordination across all project phases. Her role also includes mentorship and leadership, where she empowers her team members to grow professionally while encouraging a healthy work-life balance.

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, running, personal design & construction projects with her husband, attending concerts, and traveling.
