Haley is an Interior Designer who has a passion for space planning and is detail oriented. She loves working with her team to strengthen each other’s skills & create beautiful designs that are designed with the client’s intent at their core.

Haley spent the first 6 years of her career working at The Kitchen Source specializing in high-end kitchen and bath design. She had the opportunity to contribute to several notable projects, some of which were featured in Fort Worth Texas Magazine. She also worked on several high-profile projects across the country. Haley started at Thiel & Team in 2023 and has worked on projects including: Blackhawk Country Club, Dominion Country Club, Staccato Ranch, Landmark on Lovers Exterior, Twin Creeks Country Club, several THR space planning projects, Arista Multifamily Model, and The Baker Hotel.

Haley is an empathetic person, and it shows in her love as a foster parent. Haley is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Interior Design. Her creative outlets outside of design are reading, playing games, puzzles and decorating for the holidays. She and her husband love to spend time with their friends as they lead a small group through their church.
