Marlowe Corinth Groves is a new multifamily development in Corinth, Texas, featuring 416 apartment homes across nine four-story, elevator-served buildings and 48 townhome residences. Designed to support modern lifestyles through thoughtful programming and hospitality-inspired amenities, the community offers residents a seamless blend of convenience, wellness, and connection.
Amenity Spaces | 8,300 SF of Resident-Focused Design
Located within the primary residential building, the amenity program includes a leasing lobby, offices, business center, club room, game room, fitness center, restrooms, mailroom, and digital parcel center. Each space was intentionally planned to create intuitive flow and meaningful opportunities for residents to work, gather, recharge, and connect.
Interior Design | Creating Cohesive Community Experiences
Thiel & Team provided comprehensive Interior Design services, including space planning, circulation studies, construction documentation, finish selections, amenity lighting design, appliance, plumbing fixture, and hardware specifications, as well as furniture, artwork, and accessory design throughout the amenity spaces. The team also developed corridor finish palettes, unit entry experiences, and apartment interior selections, creating a cohesive design language throughout the property.
