Scope of Work

Our design services focus on modernizing and enhancing the 68,000+ square-foot clubhouse, including its lower, main, and upper levels, as well as its patio and porch areas. The goal is to seamlessly blend Colonial’s timeless legacy with contemporary design elements that reflect the refined expectations of its distinguished membership.
