Thiel & Team was selected as the trusted partner to guide Blackhawk through the first phase of its comprehensive master plan—a revitalization of the Lakeside Clubhouse’s dining spaces. Leveraging our expertise in designing for high-end private luxury clubs, we collaborated with the Blackhawk team and membership to bring their vision to life.
Scope of Work
- Reimagining Dining Areas: The Member’s Grill, Main Dining Room, Main Bar, and outdoor Terrace will be enhanced to balance fine dining, casual options, and versatile spaces for family gatherings, remote work, and social events.
- Modern Resort Aesthetic: Updates will include refreshed finishes, custom furnishings, modular lounge and dining seating, and innovative lighting solutions to create a refined yet inviting ambiance.
- Dynamic Indoor-Outdoor Experiences: The Terrace will feature community tables, fire tables, shade structures, and portable mood lighting for year-round enjoyment.
- Strategic Enhancements: Incorporating modern wine displays, flexible seating, and power modules to meet contemporary needs while allowing reuse in future phases.
