- Interior and Exterior Enhancements: Updated finishes and FF&E throughout the elevator lobby, bar, dining areas, event spaces, and exterior seating areas, creating a cohesive and elevated aesthetic.
- Bar and Kitchen Redesign: Architectural updates include a fully enclosed Chef’s Kitchen and a redesigned bar area to improve functionality and flow.
- Exterior Layout and Specifications: Thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces to enhance the game-day and event experience.
- Permit-Ready Plans: Thiel & Team will provide stamped architectural plans for approval, ensuring compliance with TDLR requirements.
- Collaborative Coordination: We are managing key integrations with MEP, structural, AV, and F&B consultants to ensure seamless execution.
