Our team brought new life to this multi-family property, delivering an elevated, modernized resident experience. The business lounge and 24-hour work-by-day/play-by-night amenity space were reimagined to create an inviting and multifunctional environment that caters to today’s residents’ dynamic lifestyles.
The arrival experience was strategically redesigned to position leasing front and center, encouraging relational human interaction over the outdated transactional approach. The new leasing ‘lounge’ channels a hospitality vibe, doubling as an Uber lounge after hours—a versatile and welcoming space that enhances functionality and aesthetic appeal.
We completely reinvented the dated clubroom, transforming it into a vibrant hub that fosters resident engagement both during the day and into the evening. Bold pops of color and playful patterns inject energy and creativity into the space, while warm wood tones, modern lighting, and hospitality-inspired furnishings ground the design with sophistication and approachability.
