Following 23 years in workplace and medical office design, and leading a team of designers and architects, Staci joined T&T as Chief Culture & Talent Officer in June of 2022. She is a registered interior designer with a passion for hiring, mentorship, building highly skilled and effective design teams, and helping individuals grow.

Staci is devoted to developing long-lasting client partnerships and supporting a culture of design and customer service excellence. A 14-year (and counting!) partnership with a premier Texas based healthcare system, is one of her proudest career achievements. Being a trusted partner, counted on to help with all architectural needs from capital improvement projects, office renovations, medical office projects, and ground up medical office buildings, Staci loves being there for her clients and making their lives a little bit easier.

Staci was one of 56 graduates in her small-town Oklahoma senior class and attended college in OKC. She moved to Dallas after college graduation, started her career at Staffelbach, and lived in Dallas for 13 years. In 2012, she moved to Oklahoma City, becoming a pioneer for remote work, continuing to serve her Texas based clients while attending the ballgames of her TWENTY nieces and nephews.
