Nan’s name is not short for anything, it’s simply Nan.

Nan began her journey with Thiel & Team in 2019. She has been designing and creating for as long she can remember. Once she came to the realization that she could grow up to be an interior designer, that was her goal. Nan says she is lucky to have always known what she wanted to be when she grew up ; even luckier, that she has been given the support, tools, experience, and education to live up to her dream.

She enjoys the variety of styles and challenges that arise from hospitality and multifamily design. Mixing old and new is one of her favorite ways to approach design; vintage meets contemporary. Nan believes that good design means that spaces should be beautiful but approachable and comfortable.

Nan is a proud alumni of Texas Tech University. Her career highlight thus far has been designing the Texas Tech Club in Jones AT&T Stadium. A Texas gal born & raised, she currently resides in Arizona with her husband. Her design assistants, her two cats Bogey & Eloise, are often at her side while she works.
