Lindsey is an award-winning designer with over 14 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, resort, and multi-family design, collaborating on design efforts from concept to completion. Her attention to detail, expertise in furniture specifications, and curated finish selections enable her to create distinctive, memorable spaces that align with brand identity and bring ownership’s vision to life.

Before joining Thiel & Team, Lindsey worked at Gensler, FlickMars, and a boutique restaurant design firm. She has led projects for major brands such as Hilton, Curio Collection, Wyndham, Marriott International, Renaissance, Moxy, Autograph Collection, and Fairmont, as well as, esteemed country clubs and multi-family communities. Her industry-recognized work has been featured in Interior Design, USA Today, Boutique Design, Conde Nast, and Hospitality Design magazines. In 2018, she was named one of Boutique Design’s Boutique 18 Honorees.

Lindsey graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Art, with an emphasis in Drawing. A passionate mentor, she supports students and junior designers through mentorship programs and is an active board member of the NEWH Dallas chapter. She stays connected to the hospitality industry through her love of networking and travel—sometimes even with her rescue dog, Clyde, by her side.
