Kelsey Sullivan has been a member of the Thiel and Team family since 2012, starting as a junior designer and advancing through various roles over the years. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a Minor in Business from Mississippi Christian University, Kelsey has built a solid foundation of expertise and a passion for creating spaces that people not only admire the aesthetics of, but truly feel comfortable in.
Her approach to design is centered around curating environments that balance beauty with functionality, ensuring each space reflects the personality and needs of its occupants. While Kelsey has a particular love for all things FF+E related, she enjoys the challenge of Schematic Design and helping clients put their vision to paper. Kelsey’s portfolio includes hospitality, multi-family, and high-end residential projects, and she loves each equally, as they all bring unique clients and design direction to the table. She’s contributed to the success of over a decade of Thiel projects, from initial site visits through to installation.
Outside of her design work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, chasing after her son and daughter with a coffee in hand, and traveling all over. Deemed the office’s “mouth of the south,” she grew up on the Mississippi/Tennessee line and has a deep appreciation for southern culture, sweet tea, long front porches, old stories, and all things SEC football.
