Jim Rainbolt-Bailey joined Thiel & Team in 2022 as our first Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Jim was instrumental in creating a natural “hand-shake” between our marketing and sales efforts through his focus on the completion of our rebranding efforts, our CRM analytics and our focus on new business. In his role as Senior Director | New Business Development, Jim’s priority is a natural reflection of his passion for people: to connect with those who are passionate about good architecture and design. When he’s not making new friends for Thiel & Team, you can always find Jim in one of his five gardens, spending time with his family or serving at his church.
