Ana is an experienced architectural designer with over 10 years of expertise, specializing in hospitality design. Skilled in all phases of the architectural process, from concept development to project delivery, she brings a strong technical foundation to every project. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach helps Ana build strong relationships with her teams and clients, ensuring that every project runs smoothly while enhancing functionality and creating memorable user experiences.

Before joining Thiel & Team in 2022, Ana gained valuable experience at Sam Gresham’s Architect and Merriman Anderson Architects. She has worked on a broad range of project types, including hospitality, multi-family, single-family homes, mixed-use developments, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, fire restorations, and historic preservation. This diverse experience has honed her ability to tackle complex design challenges with creativity and precision.

Ana’s passion for architecture began at age 11, when she sketched her first “dream home” in art class. That moment inspired her to pursue a career in architecture, leading to her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. In 2024, Ana is embarking on a new chapter—starting a family with her husband, Robert Harper—while continuing to pursue her architectural dreams with the same dedication that has shaped her successful career.
