Cigdem’s interest in interior design started in her childhood. Her passion for art, creativity and her instinct to create useful spaces for people were the main factors that brought her to today. Cigdem’s path crossed with Thiel & Team in 2014 when she was a student and started as an intern. In 2018, she continued with T&T as a full-time designer and now she has been working as a team leader since 2022.

She has been involved in many different projects in her interior design career. She gained different perspectives in the field of interior design by having the opportunity to work in different countries while she was overseas. Examples include a hospital project in Istanbul, Turkiye and a multi-use project in Munich, Germany. As part of the T&T family, she has been involved in different size of projects in multifamily and hospitality across the country. Some of them are Riverton Pointe, Lakes at Castle Hills, Gainey Ranch, and 92 West Paces.

Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkiye. She graduated from the University of North Texas BFA Interior design program with a minor in Marketing. Her biggest passions are traveling, exploring different cultures, and spoiling her two mischievous cat furballs—who think they’re the real bosses of the house.
