She is a highly skilled Executive Assistant with over 16 years of experience in design and architecture. Passionate about supporting leadership teams and contributing to business success, Carol is dedicated to optimizing efficiency and ensuring smooth operations in the organizations she serves.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her ability to manage complex tasks, coordinate critical projects, and anticipate the needs of executives allows leadership to focus on driving growth and innovation.
Outside of her professional career, Carol is the Co-Founder and Treasurer of Paws for Progress, an animal rescue group that strives to make a positive impact on the lives of animals in need. Her leadership and hands-on involvement in the rescue group reflect her deep compassion and commitment to giving back to the community. In addition to her work with the rescue group, Carol serves as the Secretary for her local Chamber of Commerce and the head of her city’s Keep Texas Beautiful organization.

A wife and mother, Carol finds joy in balancing her professional responsibilities with her family life. In her free time, she loves to travel, especially to Europe, where she draws inspiration for her personal passions. Carol is also dedicated to restoring her family’s 1898 Queen Anne Victorian home, a project that showcases her eye for detail and love for history and architecture.
