Audrey’s passion for interior design blossomed from an interest in how spaces influence and enhance people’s lives. She’s inspired by well-designed environments to foster connections, promote well-being, and encourage personal expression. She was drawn to Thiel & Team because of their commitment to cultivating a creative, people-centered environment that places individuals above all else. She admires their dedication to excellence, continuous growth, and a collaborative ethos, which aligns with her passion for design and creating spaces and relationships that leave a lasting impact.

She joined T&T as an entry-level designer, where she has been honing her skills into a proficient designer through comprehensive training and experience. Over the years, she has contributed to the success of all areas of the design process in both renovation and new construction projects in the Multifamily and Hospitality industry. In addition, Audrey took on the role of Install Coordinator, specializing in over 30 installations in under two years, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional results for the team.

Originally from DFW, she earned her BFA in Interior Design from Mississippi College, where her creativity and dedication were recognized with the Interior Designer of the Year award. She received an Award from the ASID 2020 South Central Design Competition, showcasing her exceptional skills. Today, Audrey loves to immerse herself in culture and art through painting, and ethnic food, while finding fulfillment in leading worship at her church, serving her community, and exploring the world.
