Elevated Living Along the Line: Station 316

A Connected Community in a Growing Corridor

Station 316 is a 425-unit new construction multifamily community thoughtfully positioned within a commuter-friendly neighborhood that blends suburban comfort with access to Boston’s urban energy. Designed to support modern renter lifestyles, the community delivers a layered amenity experience that prioritizes connection, flexibility, and everyday ease.

Intentional Design, Seamlessly Coordinated

Thiel & Team provided interior design and FF&E procurement services across the amenity environments and outdoor gathering spaces, collaborating closely with ownership, architecture, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure every detail felt cohesive and deliberate.

Through careful interdisciplinary coordination, curated material selections, and custom art installations, the design introduces moments of discovery and personality that elevate the property beyond standard multifamily expectations. Each space was considered not as an isolated room, but as part of a continuous resident journey.

Amenity Spaces Designed as Social Anchors

The nearly 10,000-square-foot main amenity level serves as the social heart of the community, integrating leasing, club, fitness, games, and mail areas into an environment that supports both interaction and retreat.

Layered finishes, bespoke millwork moments, and locally inspired artwork create visual depth while reinforcing a warm, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Additional coworking and lounge spaces respond to evolving resident expectations, offering comfortable destinations for productivity, relaxation, and informal gathering throughout the day.

Outdoor Living as an Extension of the Interior

Pool and courtyard environments extend the design narrative outdoors, with thoughtfully curated furnishings, artful accents, and flexible social zones that encourage activity, connection, and year-round enjoyment.

A Cohesive Vision, Delivered with Precision

Through collaborative design leadership, curated finish storytelling, and turnkey procurement, Thiel & Team helped shape Station 316 into a refined, market-ready community where custom details and cohesive design create a seamless and elevated living experience.
