Per our client’s instructions, we prioritized thoughtful design for every space, no matter the size, to achieve maximum impact, creativity, and dynamic use for residents. To make this vision a reality, we approached the project with strategic and purposeful planning from initial space layouts to the final details of custom furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE). We also had the opportunity to incorporate new technology, such as a luminous textile in the lobby that creates a glowing aura, leaving a memorable first impression.
