This in-progress new development 55+ active adult community reflects a thoughtful approach to amenity design within a larger master-planned environment—one where social connection, wellness, and everyday ease are carefully supported through intentional spatial planning and layered programming.
Thiel & Team is providing interior design and procurement services for approximately 6,400 square feet of amenity space, including a central clubhouse and a detached pool building. Our scope focuses on shaping refined, hospitality-driven environments that balance flexibility, clarity of circulation, and a seamless relationship between energetic gathering zones and quieter moments of retreat.
Hospitality-Driven Clubhouse Experiences
Within the clubhouse, the design explores how elevated amenity environments can enhance daily routines while maintaining comfort and approachability. Fitness, social, and multipurpose spaces are being thoughtfully composed to encourage both structured activity and organic interaction, ensuring residents can engage in ways that feel natural and intuitive.
Curated finishes, layered furnishings, and a strategic decorative lighting approach introduce warmth, durability, and cohesive luxury detailing, creating spaces that feel both sophisticated and highly livable.
Indoor–Outdoor Continuity
The detached pool building extends the amenity narrative outdoors, reinforcing a resort-inspired connection between interior and exterior gathering spaces. This continuity supports year-round activation and enhances the overall lifestyle experience within the community.
A Connective Anchor Within the Master Plan
As part of the broader master-planned framework, the amenity design positions the clubhouse as a central hub for lifestyle programming and community identity. Every design decision supports the rhythm of daily life—encouraging movement, gathering, and meaningful engagement among residents.
Thiel & Team’s scope includes comprehensive FF&E procurement, finish development, decorative lighting strategy, and coordinated material selections, ensuring long-term durability, operational functionality, and a high level of refinement throughout the amenity experience.
