Our team has earned the trust of one of Texas’ largest healthcare systems and has an expanding roster of medical office projects. We are quickly expanding into core/shell MOB design. You will lead the charge on core/shell opportunities and support the team on interiors projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of expanding core/shell MOB design opportunities.
  • Work directly with a major healthcare system and become a key point of contact.
  • Shape standards, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence.
  • QA/QC and sign/seal construction documents, according to the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
  • Work closely with Team Leader for scheduling and resourcing.
  • Attend Client meetings and perform field verification, construction coordination, and contractor supervision for projects in the greater DFW area.
  • Lead Construction Administration effort for multiple projects: attend OAC meetings, respond to RFI’s, review submittals, and perform punch walks.
  • Lead consultant coordination and RFP preparation.
  • Assist team with production of technical documentation for deliverables as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience. 3+ years with healthcare, medical office, or interiors workplace projects is a plus.
  • Experience with interiors medical office projects preferred.
  • Current licensure in the state of Texas required.
  • REVIT proficiency required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent Client relationships.
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

 

Hybrid work environment but candidate must currently live in the DFW metroplex.
